How to get there:
From Manila, you can take a direct bus from PITX to Calatagan via San Agustin or Batman Starexpress (3–4 hours). If driving, take SLEX and STAR Tollway via Balayan, or an alternative scenic route via SLEX → Tagaytay → Nasugbu → Lian → Calatagan (around 2–3 hours depending on traffic). You can also take a bus to Nasugbu or Balayan, then ride a jeepney or tricycle to Calatagan. The property is located inland, about 10–20 minutes from the beach.
