Calatagan Food Crawl: Restaurants, Menus & Meal Plans

Rice dishes and pasta on a dining table at Theiven Café

A Calatagan food crawl works best when you choose a small number of confirmed dining stops rather than trying to fit every resort into one day. This guide compares actual menus and published hours, then suggests two ways to organize your meals. These are research-based suggestions, not accounts of a personal dining visit.

Information checked: 10 October 2026. Menu prices can change. Contact resort restaurants before travelling to confirm reservations, outside-guest access, entry charges and the current menu.

Choose your food crawl by location

For a day focused on CaSoBē in Barangay Santa Ana, consider The Sands for an earlier meal and Captain Barbozza for a later one. Both are listed by the same operator at CaSoBē. Confirm whether your admission or reservation allows you to use both venues before making this your plan.

For a different dining stop, Mamser! is at UNWND Boutique Hotel on Sitio Layon Road. Dalisay is at Nawa Wellness in Barangay Bagong Silang. Treat these as separate destinations: arrange transport and a return pickup rather than assuming the restaurants are walkable from one another.

Compare four resort restaurants

RestaurantWhat to considerPublished hours or budget
The Sands at CaSoBēFilipino classics; an option for an earlier meal within CaSoBē.6 AM–6 PM, subject to weather. Ask for current prices.
Captain Barbozza at CaSoBēBeachside restaurant and bar with pizzas, appetizers and cocktails.11 AM–1 AM, subject to weather. Ask for current prices.
Mamser! at UNWNDFilipino-inspired comfort food and dishes to share.Estimated food allowance: ₱300–₱600/person; drinks and extras excluded.
Dalisay at Nawa WellnessA menu with paleo and plant-based options.Estimated food allowance: ₱500–₱1,000/person; drinks and extras excluded.

The allowances above are menu-based planning estimates, not measured average spending or set meal packages. Dalisay and Mamser! have not had their full current dining hours independently confirmed for this guide.

Mamser!: calculate a shared meal before ordering

The official menu lists Sisig Mansi at ₱400 and Cinco Formaggi pizza at ₱600. Ordering these two dishes costs ₱1,000 before rice, drinks, additional dishes or any applicable charges. Shared by three people, that is about ₱333 each; shared by two, ₱500 each. Check portion sizes with staff rather than assuming the same order will satisfy every group.

Use this calculation to decide whether you want a snack stop or a full meal. The restaurant takes table reservations through its official dining page. For enquiries, call 0917 140 8802. Official Mamser! dining page and menu.

Dalisay: allow more for individual dishes

The menu linked by Nawa Wellness lists The Inasal at ₱500 and several main dishes at ₱690. An individual main plus a dessert, drink or extra side can therefore move your total above ₱500. The restaurant advertises paleo and plant-based options; ask about ingredients and preparation if you have dietary requirements.

Decide on Dalisay before setting your day’s food budget rather than assuming it will cost the same as a town eatery. Check the latest menu and contact details on the official Dalisay dining page.

The Sands and Captain Barbozza: plan around their different hours

The operator lists The Sands from 6 AM to 6 PM and Captain Barbozza from 11 AM to 1 AM at CaSoBē. That makes an earlier meal at The Sands and a later stop at Captain Barbozza a possible combination. Hours are expressly subject to weather; a published closing time is not a guarantee of kitchen service until that time.

Ask about the last food order, reservations and resort entry rules. The operator’s booking-enquiry number is 02 8836 5055. Its online menu links did not provide a usable current price list during our check, so this guide does not assign a numeric budget to either venue.

Two practical meal plans

CaSoBē-focused day

  1. Confirm access and your first meal at The Sands before leaving home.
  2. Keep lunch flexible if your first meal is substantial; there is no need to order a full meal at every stop.
  3. Reserve a later meal or drinks at Captain Barbozza and confirm the last kitchen order.
  4. Arrange your return transport before the evening stop, especially if anyone will drink alcohol.

One main meal plus one optional stop

  1. Choose Mamser! for a shared-food plan or Dalisay for its menu options.
  2. Set a budget from the dishes your group actually wants and confirm admission or dining-only conditions.
  3. Add a second stop only after checking its hours and transport. Leave time for the transfer rather than assigning an unsupported travel time.

Check these details before travelling

  • Total cost: ask about service charges, taxes, entry fees and minimum spending.
  • Access: ask whether non-staying guests can dine and whether a reservation is required.
  • Dietary needs: confirm allergens and vegetarian options with staff.
  • Payments: confirm accepted methods; do not assume a hotel booking payment option also applies to the restaurant.
  • Transport: save the map link from the relevant listing and agree on a pickup location.

Browse the Calatagan restaurant directory for contact details, maps and official photos. For a longer trip, use the places-to-stay directory to choose accommodation near your planned stops.
