How to get there:
From Manila, you can take a direct bus from PITX to Calatagan via San Agustin or Batman Starexpress (3–4 hours). If driving, take SLEX and STAR Tollway via Balayan, or an alternative scenic route via SLEX → Tagaytay → Nasugbu → Lian → Calatagan. The property is located inland in Sitio Punta, about a short walk (3–5 minutes) to the beach, so follow Waze/Google Maps or coordinate with the host.
